OutSmart: The Digital Solution for Work Orders
OutSmart is an Android app developed by WorkOrderApp B.V. that aims to replace paper work orders and improve the efficiency of field services. With OutSmart, users can easily register their hours and items on the work order, add photos of their work, and have their customers sign digitally on their smartphones or tablets. The app automatically sends the receipt to the customer as a PDF via email.
OutSmart offers a standard work order form, but users can also create their own forms and send them along with a work order. It is possible to send an SMS to the customer automatically after scheduling a work order, and the app can be integrated into any ERP or CRM package. Users can also upload various attachments to the work order, including photos, videos, documents, and other files. With the start button at the top of the screen, users can automatically start the timekeeping process.
